Hollywood Studios International signs strategic co-production deal with Bollywood's Carving Dreams Entertainment

June 11, 2007 (Dubai, UAE) Hollywood Studios International CEO Steven Saxton announced today that the company has signed a multi-picture co-production deal with Carving Dreams Entertainment.  Carving Dreams has established itself as one of Bollywood's premiere artist management and production companies. CDE's clients include Kajol, Ajay Devgan, Hrithik Roshan, Bipashu Basu, Irrfan Khan, Isha Sharvani, Sikandar.  The deal was structured in Dubai by Saxton along with HSI's Executive Director in Dubai, Dr. Mohammed Samir, and Carving Dreams Co-Founders, Afsar Zaidi and Neeraj (Bunty) Bahl.

The deal will see both companies mutually developing and producing multiple films in English with major Bollywood stars playing alongside Hollywood talent.  Projects currently being developed will be filmed in India, the Middle East, and Europe as the Hollywood debut for many major Bollywood stars.

 Announcing the deal, Saxton said, "We are very pleased to be partnering with Carving Dreams for this exciting initiative.  This association gives us the opportunity to not only create movies for global audiences but also build a bridge between Hollywood and Bollywood."

 CDE's Co-Founder Bunty Bahl agreed "The deal will also offer us the opportunity to enhance our relationships with Hollywood talent agencies. We are looking forward to a wonderful partnership that will add a new dimension to our film industry."

 Perhaps foreshadowing the future of international content creation, Saxton announced plans that the films will be simultaneously shot in both English and in Hindi.
