Beverly Hills, CA (December 20, 2011) – HSI Films will handle Worldwide Sales duties for the Choice Films Inc., Pate Productions Ltd and Movie Ranch Entertainment co-production, JUNCTION. Hollywood Studios International’s CEO Steven Saxton is an Executive Producer on the project.
Junction is an edge-of-your-seat genre thriller full of twists and turns that follows four strung-out meth-addicts who discover a dark secret about a homeowner during a burglary, pitting them not only against the police, but against each other. As they spiral out of control toward the explosive climax, the lines blur between right and wrong until the final unexpected twist is revealed.
Principal photography took place in November and December of 2010 in Fort Lee, NJ. Junction marks the feature film debut of award-winning writer/director Tony Glazer, managing partner of Choice Films. Glazer is the author of the stage-plays Safe, Stain (both published by Samuel French), In The Daylight, Reading Under The Influence, the upcoming American Stare and The Substance of Bliss (winner of the 2010 L. Arnold Weissberger Award). His plays have been produced in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, the UK and Canada. Glazer is managed by Zadoc Angell and Dave Brown at Artist International and represented by Paradigm.
