Prior to joining HSI, Ms. Segal owned and operated LS & Associates staffing agency before executing a successful exit strategy. Previously, she was Vice President of Human Resources for National Associates Inc. a national pension company, owned by Beverly Hills Savings and Loan. As VP, Ms. Segal was responsible for 11 satellite offices, 300 employees and was often a regular on the lecture circuit as an expert on Labor Relations and Law in the workplace.
