Ms. Allen is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Allen & Associates LLC, a finance and strategic advisory firm focusing on media companies. She has over twenty-five years of experience in entertainment, film finance, strategic planning, and investment banking. Ms. Allen was a founder and served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of The Movie Group, (AMX) the predecessor company which is today Lionsgate Entertainment (NYSE). Previously, Ms Allen held positions as Chief Financial Officer for Taco Bell, Inc (NASDAQ), Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Development at WR Grace & Co (NYSE), and was one of the founders of Ruby Tuesday’s (NASDAQ). Ms. Allen was educated in Finance and Accounting at the University of Tennessee.
